Spontex Washups are strong and long lasting. Thanks to their anti-grease technology, the scourers don't retain grease and stay cleaner and efficient for longer. They're ideal for all your daily washing up and lots of other tasks around the house.

Scourer size: 68 x 40 x 86 mm.

Usage Guidelines: Test on an inconspicuous area of the surface to be cleaned before use. Do not use on non-stick pans or delicate surfaces. Machine washable up to 40°C.
Spontex Washups have a specially contoured nailguard on either side of the sponge for improved grip and protection whilst using them.

Our Washups sponge scourers can be washed and reused multiple times. When they are no longer fit for their intended use why not find them a new purpose like cleaning shoes or scrubbing bins. 35% of the fibres used in the scouring part of Spontex Washups are recycled. As part of our commitment to switch to more sustainable packaging, we no longer use plastic film on this product. We’ve moved to a 100% recyclable cardboard sleeve that contains recycled content and is made with materials from sustainably managed forests. This means they are using 130kg less plastic for every 100,000 packs.

TOP TIP: To quickly freshen up the scourers, pop them in a suitable container with some clean water and microwave for 30 seconds or so… wait a minute or two before removing as they’ll still be hot.

I would highly recommend these sponge/ scourers. I find that they are very robust, having tried other brands where the sponge goes squishy very quickly and the green scourer ceases to work properly I've found these to be far more substantial and they really last

Is it me or are sponges getting thinner and thinner these days? Spontex is the exception! Strong and sturdy – much better than the last brand I used.

We aim to deliver products as soon as possible but we cannot give an exact delivery date. All items are posted by Royal Mail (unless a specific delivery option is chosen) and should normally arrive within 3-5 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Please note the Spontex shop does not operate on weekends and bank holidays, therefore dispatches will take place on the next available working day.

For urgent items we offer a courier service (exceptions apply) which can be selected at the checkout. Courier deliveries placed before midday Monday to Friday will normally be delivered the next working day between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Next working day orders placed after midday on Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
